Supervisor Casting & Rehearsals (m/f/d) ~​performing arts, cultural management, theater studies, event management) Several years of professional experience in casting, rehearsal, performing arts (dance, singing, acting, acrobatics), artist, cultural, or theater management, or evening performance management Management experience as artistic director in the fields of singing, dance, or acting Very good English and good German skills as well as confident use of MS Office 365 Ensuring smooth casting and rehearsal processes ~Performers selection and scheduling, including conducting casting interviews, briefings, and comprehensive support for applicants and performers ~ Deputy management of castings and auditions, including artistic assessment in collaboration with the Casting & Rehearsals Manager ~ Supervision and quality management of rehearsals, including content supervision for all choreographic trainers, as well as content control and follow-up of choreographic rehearsal material ~ Project work in casting & rehearsals, as well as organizational communication and coordination ~ Active networking and maintaining contacts in the German-speaking and international performers and casting market
