To support our dynamic team, we are looking for a motivated working student who can assist us for about 20 hours per week.
Your tasks will include:
• Providing crucial support to the Global Special Cargo Tech team in Hamburg, assisting with various tasks to ensure the safe transport of our clients' cargo
• Processing daily customer requests (internal and external) for Out-Of-Gauge cargo efficiently and accurately
• Supervising the sensitive commodities, we transport and ensuring they are linked with the necessary markers and that the required stowage instructions are followed
• Continuously improving and updating our knowledge database, including the internal intranet and training materials
• Actively contributing to brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions that meet customer requirements and enhance our Special Cargo strategy

• Interested in understanding technical and physical interconnections, with strong spatial awareness
• Able to think logically and understand the results produced by rule-based IT systems
• Organized and efficient working style; proficient in MS Office; an affinity for IT is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
• Willingness to learn about Out-Of-Gauge cargo and adapt to new tools and technologies
