What we expect

Technical & Strategy : Relates Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify opportunities for cross-functional initiatives. Defines and executes improvement activities to enhance process efficiency, with a focus on reducing cycle time.
Acts as a bridge between R&D EBT and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and alignment across functions.
Provides mentorship to the team by sharing knowledge, best practices, and guidance to support skill development and performance improvement.
Drives a culture of continuous improvement by leading Kaizen events and proposing innovative ideas to sustain and enhance operational efficiency.
